I’ve been experiencing vertigo this week. This past Monday, it was moderately severe. Today, it’s much worse.
I phoned my neurologist’s office about this persistent symptom this morning. I informed them that the last time I experienced such severe vertigo was during the summer of 2017.
I also reminded my neurologist’s staff that meclizine wasn’t effective for me, but that a very low dose of Valium resolved this issue. Thankfully, my neurologist agreed to a prescription for this controlled substance.
Despite this upsetting symptom, I’ve been trying to be as busy as possible today. I completed a mandatory sexual harassment course online, as required by one of the colleges where I teach. I also set up the grade center for my Introductory Psychology class.
