Inconvenient Fatigue

I’m at the end of the semester, with so very much to do to finish teaching my two classes. It’s a most inconvenient time for me to feel extra fatigued.

Today, I need to see a full caseload of residents at a nursing home. After, I need to attend a two-hour faculty training for teaching blended courses, those that combine face-to-face instruction, plus virtual learning.

I can definitely my stenosis worsening. For the first time in several months, I’ve started to feel short of breath with mild exertion. This always makes me feel much more fatigued.
