We’re on our way to the Cleveland Clinic. Unfortunately, I realized that I forgot to pack my Amantadine for this trip.
At this point, I’ve been taking Amantadine for a little over three months. Doing so has definitely been life-changing.
Previously, I was taking Provigil for the management of my MS fatigue. However, my previous dose had stopped working.
My neurologist didn’t want to raise my dosage, due to concerns about raising my blood pressure. This would have been extremely hazardous, due to my cerebral aneurysm.
I’m extremely thankful that Amantadine has proven effective for the management of my MS fatigue. This one symptom is completely debilitating, yet entirely hidden.
