I’ll soon be submitting final grades for my General Psychology students. Their final grades will reflect their performance on four examinations, plus five written assignments.
I’ve certainly provided my students with the opportunity to boost their exam grades, by allowing them the option to complete additional short-answer questions on each of their exams. I’ve also provided study guides for all four examinations this semester.
Although General Psychology is only an introductory course, it is very challenging. It covers a broad spectrum of topics within the field of psychology. Consequently, I think it’s a very challenging course to take, as well as to teach.
For each topic about which I’ve lectured each week, I’ve taken multiple individual courses. This was true for my bachelor’s degree, both of my master’s degrees, and my doctoral degree.
