Today, it really feels like spring has finally arrived. After a string of rainy, dreary days, I really welcome the sunshine.
The warmer weather today is also very much appreciated. I truly enjoy these first few warmer days of the season.
However, summer is most definitely not my friend. My MS symptoms are notoriously heat-sensitive.
Being in hot, humid weather will cause a temporary worsening of multiple MS symptoms, including numbness, tingling, spasticity, and difficulty walking.
I was never a true fan of going to the beach; now, I adamantly avoid doing so.
