Since I’ve recently moved, I need to transfer all of my prescription medications. This would appear to be a relatively easy task to complete.
However, it has proven to be more complicated than originally expected. I have a primary care physician, plus multiple specialists, that prescribe each of my medications.
I currently take a total of thirteen prescriptions per day. At one time, I was prescribed close to thirty prescriptions per day.
In addition, some of my current medications have remaining refills, whereas others do not. I still need to look into forms of financial assistance for coverage of Copaxone, the daily medication that I inject for the management of my relapsing-remitting MS.
Ideally, all of my medications could be refilled at the very same time. It’s much more inconvenient to have to keep making a trip to the pharmacy to pick up a refill.
