Decreased Frustration Tolerance

This morning, I’m trying to prepare my next set of lectures for my General Psychology class. In doing so, I’m reviewing a set of Power Point presentations that are associated for each of the three chapters upon which I’ll soon be lecturing. I should more accurately state that I am attempting to review these Power Point slides, because I’m unfortunately having problems with my laptop functioning properly this morning.

I definitely have reduced frustration tolerance when I don’t feel well. Absolutely everything is so much harder when you are struggling just to breathe. Somehow, I’ll manage to figure out the exact problem that is taking place.
