Keeping Plans While Impaired

I decided to attend my monthly oil painting class today, after all. I’m currently suffering from increased shortness of breath, with very minimal exertion. Trying to pack up all of my belongings, for an upcoming move, is very stressful. As a result, I decided to attend my painting class today because it’s relaxing, restorative, and inspiring.

I’m happy that I decided to go to my class. It was refreshing to get a break from the demands of moving. I had a very enjoyable time this afternoon. Of course, no one in the class even noticed that I am suffering from increased shortness of breath. Painting in one position is an extremely sedentary activity. However, while walking back to my car, I started to notice that I was gasping for air.
