Relatively recently, I’ve fallen behind on writing my blog on a consistent basis. This has occurred for several different reasons, actually.
Nevertheless, I strongly need to keep writing, for many different reasons. It’s very cathartic for me to do so. It literally helps to log my individual symptoms, as well as their relative severities.
It’s also a useful method for documenting the relative success of any treatments that I decide to implement. It helps me to document my relative successes and challenges with coping with the myriad demands of living with chronic illness.
