Over the years, I’ve certainly seen a very wide variety of medical specialists. Some have been seen for initial consultations, and others for a second opinion regarding a specific health concern. Certain specialists have provided ongoing treatment, whereas others were seen for more limited periods of time.
Due to having relocated several times, I’ve needed to find new specialists over the years. It’s certainly been very challenging to have all of my medical records transferred from one state to another, for promoting continuity of care.
Over my devades of dealing with chronic illness, I’ve seen anesthesiologists, cardiologists, dentists, dermatologists, endocrinologists, gastroenterologists, gynecologists, hematologists, neurologists, neuro-opthamologists, opthamologists, oral surgeons, otolaryngologists, podiatrists, psychiatrists, psychologists, pulmonologists, radiologists, rheumatologists, and urologists.
