It’s going to be another very busy week ahead. Tomorrow morning, I need to phone my ENT surgeon’s office, to emphasize the urgency of receiving throat dilatation surgery as soon as possible. My shortness of breath is definitely worsening, with only minimal activity.
Thankfully, the college where I teach has cancelled classes for this Tuesday. Wednesday will be my first day of seeing patients at the nursing home where I’ll be working. I still have additional training modules to complete for this new clinical position, too. I’m very much looking forward to working with seniors again.
I need to schedule an initial consultation with a new gynecologist, too; I need to decide whether or not to have a repeated endometrial ablation, for menorrhagia. I’ll need to discuss non-hormonal treatment options for my persistent hot flashes.
I’m overdue for my six-month dental checkup, too. Soon, I have to write a second examination for my Abnormal Psychology students.
