Airway is 80% Occluded

What a challenging day this has been! Drove in heavy fog, for a full hour, to see my ENT surgeon. The equipment in my doctor’s office was initially not working, which caused an extensive delay.

After a long nebulizer treatment that left me feeling extremely lightheaded, I finally had a most uncomfortable bronchoscopy. I found out that my airway is currently 80% occluded. No wonder I feel so utterly miserable.

My surgeon thinks that the hormone replacement therapy that I have been prescribed, for the past three months, has caused my subglottic stenosis to worsen dramatically. I need to have throat dilatation surgery as soon as it can be scheduled.
